Return & Exchange Policy

7-day returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. Our team will share the return address and instructions.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit once the item is received and checked.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
